A buyer bought a large jewelry bundle from me. A week after she accepted the order and submitted a very nice review, I realized that I’d left out a piece of jewelry.

I immediately contacted her and said I’d left out a piece and I would send it priority mail asap. She replied and said she’d like to do another order and then I could just ship the missing piece with the new order.

She received the new order and was happy with everything.

Two days ago I got a message from her saying that she sent me a package through Amazon. I received the package today. It was hands down the most thoughtful gift I’d ever received.

I’d mentioned being a dancer briefly and she sent a two beautiful dance bags, a sun catcher, and a pouch with sweet symbols for luck. I’m so amazed and touched that I cried. I wanted to share this story because as sellers and buyers on Poshmark, I think we forget that we are dealing with real people, good people. Every time I get frustrated with a buyer I’m going to remember this amazing person.

Woke up to a crashing sound at 4 am. After seeing this, I decided to go back to bed and deal with it in the morning. Third picture is the culprit.
